Each month, we create a post to keep you abreast of news and happenings regarding the server, discuss recent events, and to act as town square for the community.

🌟 Community Highlights 🌟

📸 Meta Post Image: Community Aid Network 🎞️

This month’s meta image is another Story Seed Library banger, ‘Community Aid Network’ created by Daniele Turturici (CC BY-SA 4.0).

“A united, compassionate, and resilient community comes together in times of crisis. A coordinated network of volunteers provides rescue efforts, medical assistance, and warm meals to people displaced by an environmental disaster. Everyone can contribute, even those without specialized training. While it is wise not to rely entirely on technology, it can also play a crucial role in managing critical situations by streamlining both physical operations and organizational efforts, helping communities respond more effectively when every moment counts. But that’s not all. Emotional support is just as important. When people feel safe, protected, and supported by their community, they are more willing to give back and help others in return, creating a positive cycle that benefits everyone.”

As a fun bonus, there’s also a coloring book version of the image! :)

🔋 How to Support SLRPNK.net 🌱

If you’d like to donate to SLRPNK to help cover Internet, electricity, and domain name costs, you can now send a one-time (just select do not auto-renew) or reoccurring donation via Liberapay: https://liberapay.com/F-hub.org/

Currently, F-hub.org and thus SLRPNK is receiving 70.44€/month in donations from 14 people, which is covering most of our recurring expenses. Thanks a lot!

We are also working on a short transparency report for 2026 of all the income from donations and the expenses for domains and server hardware. Expect it to be shared here later this year.
